The BLT reports about an idea voiced by Justice Breyer during a panel discussion today. Justice Breyer complained that the Supreme Court and lower court judges don’t have enough “political clout,” and that there should be steps taken to give the judiciary more influence over legislation related to the judiciary:
Breyer argued that despite concerns about separation of powers, there should be
