I’m going to bet on sex toy robots personally. Every other technology advance has been put to work increasing sexual pleasure in some manner. I see no reason for robotics to be different.

arch1: Active fall mitigation for elders seems ripe for robotics (walkers and handrails can only do so much for people accustomed to striking their own path). I hope that the legal environment doesn’t unduly constrain progress in this area.

It unduly constrains progress in every other area. Why should this one be any different?
