I’ll be giving a few talks in the next few weeks that may be of interest to VC readers.
- June 9 – I’ll be speaking to the Cleveland lawyers chapter of the Federalist Society on “Climate Policy Heats Up: What’s Not Cool About Global Warming Regulations.”
- June 12 – I’ll be speaking on a plenary panel on “The Global Warming Crisis: Property Law,” at the AALS Mid-Year Meeting Workshop on Property in New York. Other panelists include Hari Osofsky (Washington & Lee) and Eric Freyfogle (Illinois).
- June 18 – I’ll be speaking on a panel titled “Environmental Protection in a Climate of Change” at the American Constitution Society’s 2010 Annual Convention in Washington, D.C. Other panelists include Vicki Arroyo (Georgetown), Rachel Jacobson (Interior Dept.), and Andrew Light (Center for American Progress),and the panel will be moderated by EPA Assistant Administrator Lisa Heinzerling.
