I’m delighted to report that Timothy Sandefur of the Pacific Legal Foundation will be guest-blogging this coming week about his new book, The Right to Earn A Living: Economic Liberty And The Law, which was just published by the Cato Institute. Timothy is also the author of Cornerstone of Liberty: Property Rights in 21st Century America (2006), and many articles on a variety of subjects. At PLF, he is the lead attorney in the Economic Liberty Project, devoted to protecting businesses and entrepreneurs against occupational licensing restrictions and other burdensome regulations. But he also works on a variety of other issues, including PLF’s challenge to the Obama Administration’s health care law. I much look forward to Timothy’s posts.
