My book Rehabilitating Lochner: Defending Individual Rights against Progressive Reform is due out in the Spring, and I’m available to talk about the book next semester. If you are an officer of a student or lawyer Fed Soc chapter and are interested in inviting me to speak, please email me at dbernste at gmu dot edu. (If your law school is in a metropolitan area with several schools, it would be especially helpful if you could collaborate with your neighbors to set up a local “minitour” to conserve travel time and money, though this is less important if you are relatively close to the D.C. area). Of course, I’d be happy to consider non-Federalist Society invitations as well.
