Glenn’s blog is what led me to read blogs, and not long after to create this blog. My sense is that many other people got into blog reading and blogging the same way; his blog has been immensely influential. Congratulations to him on his 10th anniversary of publishing.

I started reading Instapundit about 2002 I guess, and then I started seeing links to another site called Volokh.com shortly thereafter.
When is the VC’s tenth anniversary coming up?

What Prof Volokh said. I’ll add – so typical of the left, who claim superiority in everything without a shred of evidence other than their own fevered imaginations.
I’ll now watch for every typo, misspelling, and grammatical error you make so I can imply you’re stupid. It shouldn’t take long.
A couple months after I started commenting here in 2006, a leftist caught me with a typo, and he made the same inference about me. So after I found two misspellings in the very comment he slammed me with, he stopped making stupid comments like that.

Also, unless I’m completely mistaken, nearly perfectly inaccurate.
I’d guess that the biggest problem of the Instacrowd is being too smart for our own good (thereby lacking somewhat in wisdom, social graces, et. al.)

There is certainly no shortage of it on the Left presently, but maybe its a human failing that we just happen to be more attuned to coming from the Left?
I wonder if there are not potential allies on the Left who are just as sick of the gabs among them as we are?

10 Years of InstaPundit: Glenn Reynolds on Where the Blogosphere Has Been and Where It’s Going
August 14, 2011, 10:12 pmGordo says:
This is just my opinion, and I’m sure you don’t think it is worth much, but Reynolds is a contemptible cancer upon our national political discourse. His abandonment of conservative principles to support the torture of Muslims by U.S. armed forces and special operatives is the most glaring example of his lack of worth.
