Congratulations to my brother Sasha, whose 1997 article, n Guilty Men, 146 U. Pa. L. Rev. 173 (1997), has been cited by over 100 Westlaw-available law review articles.
That’s a mark that most articles (including the great majority of mine) never reach. But I think it’s especially noteworthy because it was published before Sasha even went to law school. I suspect that it’s among the most cited law review articles that weren’t written by lawyers, judges, law professors, law students, or professors in other disciplines — perhaps even the single most cited such article. In any case, congratulations!
