The Cato Institute held its annual symposium yesterday to introduce the latest issue of the Cato Supreme Court Review and to celebrate Constitution Day. This year’s line-up is available here, and it includes four Conspirators: Randy, Ilya, Jonathan, and John. Randy was on the first panel, on the health care cases; Jonathan and Ilya were on the second panel, on property issues; and John was on the third panel, on criminal law issues. C-SPAN covered the four major panels, and you can watch them all from here. It’s all very much worth watching, as is the case every year.
