Some readers have been complaining that they’ve started to see pop-up ads on this site. That’s not our intention, and we’d like to stop it, but we’re not sure just who’s serving the ads. If this happens to you, could you please take a screen shot and e-mail to volokh at law.ucla.edu? Thanks!
UPDATE: Just to clarify, I’m looking for “pop-up ads” in the sense of an ad that appears in a separate window, or that obscures the main window. We have the normal ads that appear alongside the text, for instance between the first post and later posts, and that might appear a second or two after the text, just because we serve the text before the ads; but those, I think, aren’t as annoying as the pop-ups, and it’s the pop-ups that we’re trying to stop.
