Tomorrow morning I will be testifying before the House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, Homeland Security and Investigations about the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, 18 U.S.C. 1030.
The hearing is titled “Investigating and Prosecuting 21st Century Cyber Threats,” and the other witnesses will be Jenny Durkan, the United States Attorney for the Western District of Washington; John Boles, the Special Agent in Charge of the Norfolk Division of the FBI; and Robert Holleyman, the President and CEO of the Business Software Alliance.
