But not having tenure means good lawprofs are at the mercy of bad administrators.
And we all know administrators are the worst part of any campus.
But, as they say, that was then and this is now.
Today there are unions [ACSA, etc.] that protect professor's free speech rights [and that's pretty much what tenure is about, right?]
There are plenty of reasons why tenure should be abolished.
