Sounds like a useful resource, though keep in mind that you shouldn't believe everything you read. Bookmark it if you're applying this year.
On the physics sides the communications are not reported directly -- only the information collated by the editors. Also, the main info is the shortlists, not just who got hired. They do seem to get most of the information from the searching departments, not just from applicants.
