Rehabilitating Lochner:

I'm pleased to announce that I've signed a contract with the University of Chicago Press to write a book called Rehabilitating Lochner. The book will build on my previous Lochner-related work, such as this article and this one.

Why do I want Lochner rehabilitated, exactly?

I'm sure Chemerinsky is excited, too. As for the reading public, I hope the book is priced for mortals and not for the benefit of those at the top of the academic-book-library industrial complex.

I am assuming that DB wrote the book to explain why it would or would not be a good idea to rehabilitate Lochner.

Between teaching, research, and this new contract, you had better make sure not to overwork yourself. That would be unhealthy.

Ah, Lochner jokes.

It's why I love this blog.
