A New Pun to Complement

"erogenous zoning": sex-traterritorial jurisdiction (as in "Sex-Traterritorial Jurisdiction and the Exercise of Federal International Police Power after United States v. Clark, 435 F.3d 1100 (9th Cir. 2006)").

"Erogenous zoning," by the way, seems to be credited to Larry Tribe; it's used in the 1988 edition of his treatise.

I think I need to study up on that prefix.

That's what I thought at first too, but I think they're just putting an 's' in front of 'extra.' And sticking a hyphen in the middle to confuse matters.

Sorry, but "sex-traterritorial" sounds like it came out of a 1950s exposé magazine; dated, and crass.

I got a Masters degree in regional planning in the mid 1970's and "erogenous zone" was a term in use then.

If Tribe coined it, he did so earlier than 1988.
