Blogmatrix.com is apparently down, but the Blogger RSS feed for the site — https://ea6488.p3cdn1.secureserver.net/volokh.xml — ought to work. Once upon a time, there were syntax problems in the Blogger XML code generation, which is why we switched to Blogmatrix; but I hope that they’re fixed now. Please let me know if you continue to have problems with this.
