So my draft of Crime Severity and Constitutional Line-Drawing is now done, and sent out to the law reviews. Glad to have that out of my hair; on to the other projects. Note, though, that there are still many months before publication — if you have any comments on the piece (it’s a manageable 20 pages), please e-mail them to me.
