I doubt there are many, but surely there must be some — and if you’re one of them, I just wanted to again pitch Brian Morris, a candidate for the Montana Supreme Court. Brian clerked for Chief Justice Rehnquist when I was clerking, and I was very impressed him: He’s very smart and thoughtful, and I’m sure would make an excellent judge.
