The Yale Law School chapter of the American Constitution Society is hosting a symposium in April on what a progressive constitution should look like in the year 2020. (To fill in those outside of academia, “progressive” is more or less a synonym for liberal or politically left.) The symposium will feature many of the top lawprofs in constitutional law and theory, and, more importantly for now, has already a started a group blog run by the speakers at the symposium.
You can check out the blog here. The blog already includes posts by a number of stars in the academic world; contributors include Bruce Ackerman, Cass Sunstein, Robert Post, Mark Tushnet, Bill Marshall, Judith Resnik, Jonathan Simon, Rachel Moran, and Paul Smith.
While you’re at it, check out the ACSBlog, which is also quite good.
