Just finished reading the transcript of the oral argument from Ashcroft v. Raich that was posted today here. Of course, you always think of what you could and should have said that you did not say in the heat of argument. But since I have been doing a good deal of that for the past two weeks anyway, it is good to be reminded of what I actually DID say.
