The American Constitution Society has announced a partial list of speakers for its July 29-31 National Convention here in Washington, DC. Although I was invited too late to be on the posted list, I’m delighted to say that I’ll be speaking as a panelist at the July 29th breakout session on Racial Inequality in the Criminal Justice System.
