The Supreme Court and the War on Terror: By Orin Kerr on September 9, 2005 5:05 pm Looking over the recent terrorism cases working their through the system, I think it’s a pretty good bet that the U.S. Supreme Court will agree to review today’s decision in Padilla v. Hanft but that it will deny certiorari in Hamdan v. Rumsfeld.
