Yes, Prime Minister:

David Cameron, the newly-elected leader of the Conservative Party (after defeating David Davis last week) questioned Prime Minister Tony Blair in Parliament for the first time earlier today. You can view their two exchanges using RealPlayer here and Windows Media Player here. His questioning concerned education (at 2:05) and environmental policy (at 13:15). Blair is a past-master of parliamentary debate from the minority position, and it will be interesting to see how Cameron fares against him. Cameron’s opening exchange on schools seemed much more effective than his later foray about a successor to the Kyoto treaty to govern carbon emissions in which he presses Blair on whether Blair “absolutely” agrees with his own environment secretary. Blair takes a strong run at him around 25:00 to which Cameron does not respond. (The entire question time runs 30 minutes.)
