Today the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit affirmed a district court’s rejection of the Thomas M. Cooley Law School’s due process claims agains the American Bar Association. Cooley claimed tha the ABA violated its due process in failing to accredit two satellite programs operated by the law school, and by imposing sanctions on Cooley for operating the programs without prior ABA approval.
