I just wanted to remind lawprof readers that several sections of the AALS have a Call for Papers out for its January 2011 Meeting in San Francisco.
For example, my colleague Greg Maggs informs me that the Section on Commercial and Related Consumer Law has posted a call for papers on the federal Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act of 2009 (aka the CARD Act). Other sections have other similar offerings. I think the best way to see them all is to go to the brochure and do a search for the plus (+) symbol, which the brochure uses as a signal that it involves paper presentations from a Call for Papers.
