This is a question, not an editorial. I read the Pledge document pretty fast, and did not think I saw anything referring to earmarks one way or the other. Is there something in there about that I did not see, or is it referred to under other terms? Here it is in pdf at RealClearPolitics.
Update: The Friday, September 24, 2010 WSJ has a news story by Janet Hook and Naftali Bendavid that gives a good summary of the pledge and debates among the GOP over what to include and what not, and a discussion of the earmark issue.
