The Federalist Society National Lawyers Convention is happening this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C. I attend this every year that I can; and this year I’m on one of the panels, debating Christian Legal Society v. Martinez Friday at noon.
As is usual for Federalist Society conferences, the panels generally include views on both sides of the issue; my panel, for instance, has two people defending the majority opinion — I’m one of them — and two criticizing it. If you have a chance to attend the conference, you should.
UPDATE: Josh Blackman will be live-blogging and live-streaming various panels, including mine.
