Regular readers know of my love of all things Henry Friendly, so I wanted to flag this interesting lecture (mp3) about Judge Friendly’s dissenting opinions by Judge Michael Boudin, a former Friendly clerk. The lecture was delivered recently at the University of Virginia Law School, and it lasts 46 minutes.
UPDATE: Adam White points out that Boudin gave another lecture on Friendly last year at Penn that is available on YouTube here: Henry Friendly and the Craft of Deciding Cases.
ANOTHER UPDATE: I should point out that my love of all things Henry Friendly does not necessarily imply a love of Friendly Henry.
