Fourth Edition of My First Amendment Textbook Is Now off to the Publisher’s

Whew. Very glad to have that out the door. Next stop: Finishing up my article on “The Freedom . . . of the Press,” from 1791 to 1868 to Now — Freedom for the Press as an Industry, or the Press as a Technology?.

UPDATE: Stop the presses! Now I’m updating the book to include Snyder v. Phelps.
