On Friday (April 8th) at Noon in Room D, I will be speaking on “Was Lochner Right? Does the Constitution Protect Economic Liberty,” at the University of Illinois College of Law in Champaign, Illinois. Professor Kurt Lash will provide comments on my presentation.

And next Thursday (April 14th) at noon, I will again discuss the unconstitutionality of the individual insurance mandate at the University of Chicago Law School.

All three are sponsored by the student chapters of the Federalist Society, which provide lunch for those who attend.
