The NAS blog also points out that I submitted an affidavit on March 24th in the university disciplinary proceedings against Professor Connell. The affidavit I submitted addresses the norms and practices widely used in teaching criminal law, and has been posted by the NAS here. (Just to be clear, I have nothing to do with the lawsuit; my only involvement is limited to the affidavit submitted two weeks ago in the university disciplinary proceedings.)
