I’m delighted to report that Prof. Neomi Rao (George Mason) will be guest-blogging this coming week about her new article, Three Concepts of Dignity in Constitutional Law, 86 Notre Dame L. Rev. 183 (2011). Prof. Rao has taught at George Mason since 2006; before then, she served as Associate Counsel and Special Assistant to President George W. Bush, counsel to the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary, where she was responsible for judicial nominations and constitutional law issues, and law clerk for Justice Clarence Thomas and Judge Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson III. I much look forward to Prof. Rao’s posts.
