I previously mentioned the Brookings Institution event on reforming the Electronic Communications Privacy Act that was held earlier today. Much to my surprise, the room was pretty packed; I didn’t know there were so many people who know what ECPA is, much less that care about its reform. Anyway, the video of the event is posted below.
