Does the Constitution Embody a Vision Hostile to a Leading Law Professor Blog?

From R.I. Chapter, Assoc. Gen. Contractors v. Kreps, 450 F. Supp. 338 (D.R.I. 1978)

The First Amendment … embodies an analogous vision: a diverse country free of balkinization ….

And from Dickerson v. Bailey, 336 F.3d 388 (5th Cir. 2003):

The [Supreme] Court explained further in Bacchus that … [“]It is also beyond a doubt that the Commerce Clause itself furthers strong federal interests in preventing … Balkinization.[“]
