This Wednesday I will be in Minneapolis and St. Paul Minnesota to give a pair of talks. At 12:15 I will be speaking on property rights and environmental protection to the University of Minnesota Law School student chapter of the Federalist Society. Details here. Then at 3pm I will be speaking on federalism and environmental protection to both the Federalist Society student chapter and Environmental Law Society at the William Mitchell School of Law. Scott Strand, Executive Director of the Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy will comment on my remarks.
The following day I will be presenting a draft paper on “Compelled Commercial Speech and the Consumer Right to Know” at a faculty workshop at the University of Minnesota School of Law.
