Now if that isn’t parody, what is? Also see: “New age neanderthal Judge Alex Kozinski” and “Ultra-right wing New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer.” Class shows up in post after post… and the blog has been in existence for two days!
Well, the blog does only put itself out as “Uncontrolled outbursts and intemperate remarks by an angry untenured law professor,” which is what it looks like. And the first post does say: “I’m an untenured law professor at someplace that likes to think of itself as a “Top Ten” law school. At work, I can’t afford to say what I think. So I will say it here!” Now we know the needs of untenured professors. But still… I like to rant, and I used to do it much more than I do now, and in much more strident terms too. And I have heard stuff just as bad coming out of very strident libertarians. But surely one learns better by the time one becomes a professor?
