Several people have e-mailed asking whether I still have copies of the book left to sign and send. (Yes, seriously, they have asked this; I’m not just making this up for another chance to plug the book.) I have sold most of the 60 books I got from the publisher, but I do have 12 left, and when I run out, I can get more.
