I’ll be doing a few more Federalist Society events in the coming weeks. Here are the details.\
- February 22 at noon, I’ll speaking on the proposed REINS Act before the Indianapolis Lawyer’s Chapter.
- February 26, I’ll be on a panel discussing federalism at the 30th Annual Federalist Society Student Symposium on “Capitalism, Markets, and the Constitution,” at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. The symposium features an impressive roster of speakers, ranging from Justice Clarence Thomas and Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson to UVA’s Dean Paul Mahoney and former BB&T CEO John Allison. Two other conspirators, Randy Barnett and Todd Zywicki, are on the program as well. If past student symposia are any guide, this will be tremendous event.
- March 1 at noon, I’ll be speaking on “Health Care Reform and the Future of Federalism” before the Birmingham, Alabama Lawyers Chapter.
- March 2 at noon, I’ll be speaking on “The Fable of Federal Environmental Regulation” before the student chapter at the University of Alabama.
