I don’t control the blogroll in these parts, so I thought I would point out three underappreciated blawgs that would be on my blogroll if I had one: Appellate Law & Practice, which reviews and summarizes recent appellate court decisions; Legal Fiction, which offers thoughtful and interesting left-of-center commentary on law and politics; and CrimLaw, by Virginia defense attorney Ken Lammers, which is mostly about, well, criminal law.
