The story is several months old, but this is the first time I’ve heard of it (Telegraph (UK)):
In a screen capture published on the website of newspaper Verdens Gang, one of the three lay judges hearing the case, Ernst Henning Eielsen, can be seen playing the card game on his computer as a Swedish professor testifies to the court.
Note that this is a lay judge — not a professional judge, but still someone appointed for a term of several years to serve as a judge (more like a long-term grand juror in the U.S. than a normal juror). Thanks to my colleague Scott Cummings for the pointer.
