An interesting new project. I haven’t looked closely at how the data is assembled, so I can’t vouch for its quality, but it seems potentially helpful.
Note how close the results are to the U.S. News rankings, by the way, for the top 18 schools (a convenient top-schools group to discuss, because it almost never changes its membership); only one school (USC) that is in the top 18 according to U.S. News is out of it in the Above The Law rankings, and just barely (#20). And while some of the top 18 schools in the U.S. News list are a few spots below or above that ranking in the ATL list, the difference is rarely that big. But the differences seem considerably higher for some lower-ranked schools.
