Maria Bartiromo: There hasn't been a change in the Supreme Court in 11 years. [With a new Chief Justice,] [t]here will be less predictability in terms of what your new colleagues think and how they'll vote on issues.
Justice Antonin Scalia: Oh I'm not sure there was a whole lot of predictability before. Were you able to call the cases? I wasn't. [Laughs]
