The American Political Science Association Annual Meeting is being held this week in Philadelphia, and I'm going to be on a panel on Saturday that some readers may find of interest: The American Constitutional Order After 9/11. The moderator will be Howard Gillman, and the panelists are Jack Balkin, Louis Fisher, Kim Lane Scheppele, Marty Lederman, and myself.
