This Friday, I will be presenting my paper on post-Kelo reform at the Florida State University conference on "Takings: The Uses and Abuses of Eminent Domain and Land Use Regulation." There will also be presentations by many leading takings scholars in economics, law, and other disciplines. In addition, there will be a talk by Institute for Justice lawyer Scott Bullock, who represented the property owners in the Kelo case.
