Ken is one of only a few professors who made the list; the others are Lucian Bebchuk, Jack Goldsmith, Elizabeth Warren (Harvard), Neal Katyal (Georgetown), Harold Koh (Yale), Mark Lemley (Stanford), Geof Stone (Chicago), and Jonathan Turley (George Washington).
