Also, the after-hours US stock index futures are up tonight.

UPDATE: Asian markets are falling, now down 3.8-6.5%

2D UPDATE (11:53pm ET): Asian markets have slightly rebounded to down 1.4-4.9%. US Stock market futures are up about 0.4-0.9%.
